Requests to return product for refund for any reason MUST be received within 2 weeks of order shipment. Use the form below to receive information on how to return the product. We will accept returns for any reason in this two week period provided the product is returned undamaged in the original packing materials. No refunds for damaged or intentionally misused product. Refunds will be in the form of a credit to the card used for payment and will be for the cost of the clock minus shipping annd handling charges.
